Optimized Trapezoidal Acceleration Profiles for Minimum Settling Time of the Load Velocity

This paper deals with a method for generating symmetrical trapezoidal acceleration profiles the motor of vibrating system in rest-to-velocity motion. The aim was to significantly reduce time and residual load vibration lightly damped systems. Under undamped conditions, analytical values jerk are found be relation estimated natural frequency minimum value is provided, also taking into account limit acceleration. analysis sensitive curves allows designer understand magnitude generated by an incorrect estimate frequency. Numerical simulations, closed-chain controlled zero or very small structural damping coefficient oscillating system, confirm validity proposed method.
